About Zoom Twin Cities

Personalized Music Lessons Across the Twin Cities

We started Zoom Twin Cities because we kept seeing the same problem: students wanted to learn music, but they needed lessons that actually fit their lives. So we built something different. A music school that puts the student first, with flexible scheduling, personalized lessons, and teachers who care about helping each student grow.

At Zoom Twin Cities Music School, we believe music is for everyone. Whether a student is learning their first notes or continuing years of experience, our instructors help them build confidence, technique, creativity, and a real connection to music.

We offer private piano, guitar, voice, drum, and music production lessons for kids, teens, and adults throughout Minneapolis and the Twin Cities.

Who We Are

Zoom Twin Cities is a leading music school in Minneapolis dedicated to connecting students of all ages and skill levels with world-class, personalized music education. We offer music lessons across the Twin Cities, both in-person and online, taught by instructors who genuinely care about your progress.

We're not about filling seats. We're about finding the right match between student and teacher, building a plan that makes sense for your goals, and making sure every lesson feels worth showing up to. That's basically it.

Our Mission & Vision

Our Mission

Music education that actually fits your life

We're here to make great music lessons accessible to anyone in the Twin Cities and the surrounding suburbs, no matter your age, your schedule, or where you're starting from. Personalized instruction, real teachers, and a space where you feel supported from day one. That's what we show up to do.

Our Vision

A community where music feels accessible to everyone

Music should be something anyone can start, enjoy, and grow with. Whether a student is learning for fun, building confidence, preparing for performances, or reconnecting with music later in life, we want lessons to feel approachable and meaningful. We are building toward that vision one lesson, one student, and one family at a time.

Why Students Choose Us

There's no shortage of music lessons in the Twin Cities. So why Zoom? Honestly, it comes down to a few things that we hear from students again and again.

Real Instructors

Experienced teachers who've performed, toured, and taught, not just studied

Performance Opportunities

We host two annual recitals, along with other performance opportunities throughout the year. Our students have performed at community events, senior living homes, hospital events like Brain Health Day at HCMC, and other local gatherings. These experiences give students a chance to build confidence, gain real performance experience, and share their music beyond the lesson room.

All Ages and Skill Levels

We work with kids, teens, and adults, from complete beginners to advanced students. We meet each student where they are and help them move forward at the right pace.

In Person or Online Lessons

Students can take lessons in home, in studio, or online when needed. If you do not have an instrument at home yet, studio lessons are a great option so you can still start right away.

Built Around You

No rigid programs. No one size fits all lessons. We build around your goals, your schedule, your learning style, and your music.

Our Instructors

Every teacher at our music school in Minneapolis was chosen carefully. Not just for their skills, though those are genuinely impressive, but for how they teach. Our instructors are patient, encouraging, and honest. They'll challenge you when you're ready and back off when you need space to absorb something.

So when you sign up with Zoom Twin Cities, you're not just getting a teacher; you're gaining a musical mentor committed to your progress from first lesson to final performance.
